A New Approach in the 21st Century
This perspective comes from the mind of a country boy, who believes it is time for homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens to take their “rightful place” in communities, i.e., where Texans choose to live, and be a shining example our citizens, albeit, rich, middle class, marginalized, children, or immigrants can aspire to become. And I am not asking the sages in our communities to do this all-important work for free, there will be compensation through my plan. There is only one way to maximize our “brains and ingenuity” in every community throughout Texas, and that is the use of hard-working, long-suffering, hidden talents bestowed upon homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens; they are the key and security to 21st century progression, and beyond.
Knowledge is power, but applied knowledge transcends the possible; every Texan deserves our commitment to primary-secondary education and community colleges to constantly equip citizens for in-demand skilled trades, and all the necessary fundamental mental tools to perpetuate a fruitful life. We can longer leave out the humble people, i.e., homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens, in the 21st century.
My vision
Helen Keller once said, “the only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision”. My vision is very clear, so clear in fact, I had to write about it and I placed conceptual drawings in the book, in hopes, that Texans understand what their lives mean to me. This is about involving homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens in an elevated role within their communities, counties to share knowledge, resources, wisdom, and always remaining relevant in “our Texas”. And also earn an incentive rate or compensation in “maintaining perseverance” in citizenry and communities’ financial well-being.
My plan
Is for all Texans to die fulfilled, because I want every Texans to, ultimately, become homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens, guidance must come from these loyal Texans. When you are taken “under” their wing, heed what they say to you about the issues of life. Homeowners, Landowners, and buy-in citizens will be given unprecedented autonomy to prepare Texans collectively to reach for those things which are ahead. I am attempting to give us something no one can ever take away- Incorruptible inheritance. It matters that our tax dollars are in right hands- homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens; primary and secondary schools, and community colleges will be used, not only for knowledge, but also as investment vehicles. Latitude will be given outside the scope of independent school districts and state bureaucracy, for real empowerment. It will be for “common folks”, i.e., homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens, to make us better in the end, then in the beginning.
My Commitment
I make no secret about who I look to for solutions- homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens, it is all over my book and has made its mark on my life. I want the “pillars of community” to be imitated throughout our state, where we call home. We have no choice but to craft policy that modifies Dillion’s rule, i.e., home rule, to favor reciprocity- where homeowner, landowners, and buy-in citizens benefit through investing their money in fellow citizens to obtain necessary skilled trades and other essential life guidance, and receive an incentive rate. And fellow citizens, i.e., investees, gain access to valuable knowledge, skilled trades, and wisdom that will sustain a worthy life, intrinsic and extrinsic. Now, just, imagine all 254 counties in Texas bringing these “investment vehicles” forth for communities’ sake, both the Academic Skills Fund for independent school districts and County Skills Fund for all adult ages, doing what is only meant for county citizenry to do, not state bureaucracy.
Why this Vision Matters
Dr. Albert Schweitzer once stated, “Whatever you have received more than others- in health, in talents, in ability, in success- All this, you must not take to yourself as a matter of course. In gratitude for good fortune, blessings, you must render some sacrifice of your own life for another life.” This book matters because it will open Texans’ eyes to a perspective never spoken upon, and ensures an individual’s “successive right” within their community. Homeowners, landowners, and buy-in citizens are the standard when it comes to our counties and public schools; therefore, I make the choice to place advantage in their hands to allow a methodical reset in both broken and unbroken communities with incentive rates, i.e., compensation, to aid one another in this long journey, called life. My vision, my plan, my commitment, promotes relevance, effort, financial efficacy, and “some sacrifice of your own life for another life.
